"I bought this for my husband who wanted a new weight bench but we don't have the room. This has an amazing compromise. His arms are looking more defined, and his back, his shape is changing. He has gradually been able to increase the amount he can do and has seen a big improvement with his fitness. He is 6ft and 16 stone and this is a very strong unit it's very impressive. So pleased with my purchase I would recommend."
