"I bought this iron because of the reviews. When I opened it I saw that it had been used and it was all scratched underneath. There was water inside. I tried to turn it on but it didn't work at all."

"I like Philips as a brand, the company tend to be innovative with design and feature. The iron includes a hard water descaling feature, important where we live. Despite the iron being quite large, it's light, so no problem. The iron works well, steam feature effective and includes an eco setting. Very happy with the purchase."
