"Bought the phone a couple of months ago, did not like it at all, really bad user interface and works in unexpected ways, suddenly closes the app while I am using it, freezes all the time, I need to use Bixby app every time I need to shut down or reboot the phone, cant even turn it off if there is no Internet connection. Really bad user interface. I used S6-Edge+ before and I loved it so much. This phone is not at all worth the money, didnt even like the design. I dont know what to do with this phone now."

Worst Samsung phone

"Never had as many technical issues with one phone. Bought this few months back. Fingerprint recognition doesn't work properly and often doesn't recognise mine. When making purchases and I select a saved card no details are saved apart from the expiry date. The phone overheats a lot. Sometimes it switches off itself even when the battery isn't low. It's just rubbish and not worth the price you pay!!"
