"It's a basic shredder. It works. Don't feed it too many sheets of paper - otherwise it might get jammed or overheat the machine (when it overheats it shuts itself down for 30mins).

"The shredder jams very quickly when the paper in the base makes contact with base of cutters. You then have to switch off and completly clear the cutters before it will work again. This product is for the occasional one sheet of paper user."

"Its ok, when used it interferes with my tv signal. It cant shred unless ripped up in to 1/4 bits let alone 5 sheets of A4 paper.
It jams up quickly and fills up 1/2 way and then paper get stuck between the shredding blades.
It's ok for it's price, kinda wished I'd paid a bit more for a better model."

"Bought this to get rid of a mountain of old paperwork! If you do not overload, don't do too many sheets much at once and empty regularly it is absolutely fine. Nice shredder for the price."
