"Hands down the worst TV I've ever owned. I'll start at the beginning: Firstly, it takes FAR too long to actually turn on (literally 90 seconds before it even stops spinning) and then it defaults to some random channel that we NEVER watch, EVERY TIME! Then, when you try changing channels, it takes another 30 seconds to load. This isn't the worst though...there's also the amazing feature of randomly changing channels , or returning to the menu page half way through a program. The operating system is absolute rubbish, full of bugs and obviously developed with absolutely no UX testing. Essentially, Samsung have FAILED on the most basic elements of making a TV. Goodbye Samsung."

"Easy to set up, mine is linked to Sky, a sound bar, blu ray player, and large hard drive. The software in the set is designed to actually make sense. The main handset is amazingly responsive without any of the delays I've seen on other sets. Did I me that the picture is incredible."
