Faulty charger - waste of money

"I bought two helicopters of those, but we could only fly them for the first 5 minutes until the battery run out. Afterwards it was practically impossible to charge them (unless I was willing to spend a couple of hours sitting holding the charging station to make sure the contact with the battery was made). Absolute waste of money. I haven't yet had the chance to see if I can get reimbursed, which I'm hoping to."
