"For some reason I thought it was like a steamer that cleaned windows, I was wrong. It's a hand held wet vacuum for windows. You have to wash the windows and it sucks all the liquid up. It does this job very well and I'll use it going forward. Unfortunately, I had raised my own expectations and my mistake has left me feeling a little disappointed for spending so much money on something that doesn't do what I wanted. Lesson learned."
