They are batteries that work.

"I've never reviewed batteries before, but hey, that's fine. These are attractively designed AA batteries in line with current design standards for AA. They fit in machines that require said batteries, and will power said device for a number of hours or minutes as expected. It says on the pack they will last until 2030, but I doubt that is the case."
