Not very powerful

"I bought this to use on my tension headaches. Unfortunately, it's not as powerful as I had wanted. It works fine. I really don't see the point of all the extra head attachments. They're not much use if you're using this on your head or face. I'm keeping this, but I'm still searching for my perfect massager."
