Was good for the first day

"Really loved this first time I used it. However emptied it as advised and second time I went to use it , it turned on but wouldn’t diffuse. Went to return it last week but advised to return this week when lockdown is lifted for shops to open properly so fingers crossed I get a replacement. Also the buttons are like touch sense ones and are hard work sometimes . Really lovely large diffuser though when working"

"Sometimes it doesn’t produce enough mist, you need to make sure you put enough water, but not too much. Other than that works perfectly."
