"Is a great product, does really get you working. You do need to use properly to get the most out of it and there are numerous exercises working various muscles. The quality isn't quite what I expected, but is moving parts, so guess the wear is expected."

"Not idea. At 5ft 10 it’s too small for me, with the rope not allowing a full stretch… poor quality too"

Not quite gym replacement but great for home use!

"First the squat and lat bar extension needs to be purchased separately so does bump up the price, you can do a variety of exercises and can work many muscle groups. Only thing that could improve the product is if you could adjust the height more easily, instead of unscrewing it and manually adjusting as this takes time, therefore you need to devise the exercises to the heights to maximise efficiency and not loose time as different muscle groups are different strengths."
