"Bought for elderly person, who finds great comfort with the heat on her back. Good to know that is is safe to use, with a automatic turn off if it has been left on. Nice soft feel, which is also very comforting."

"this was a replacement for a 30yr old one It is poorer quality in general Takes ages to warm up and then isn't warm enough The switch is very stiff and connection to pad is difficult to get in right"

"This heat pad warms up quickly, I’ve only used the maximum which it very toastie and warm. It was recommend to me for joint swelling and has eased the swelling after only a couple of sessions with it. I am very pleased with it."
